Hi everyone, my name is Daniel Kason with Baja Online Realty I came to Rosarito two years ago, not in real estate but as a home owner in Baja. These last few months I joined Baja Online Realty on a full time basis. Being the new guy in town I realized I needed a vehicle to show my qualities.

It started at a ground breaking event at The Falls when I was introduced to my friend Martin. As we were getting acquainted I knew he also had a passion to succeed in Baja real estate. He also felt the tension between other firms because some Realtors felt compelled to keep there information covert. Later that day I mentioned to Martin that we needed to start a network which could be beneficial to all agents.

First we needed a catchy name the only fitting name that came to my mind was “Real- Escape” meaning escaping from real B.S. J, the concept is to bring Realtors together in an informal setting to network and talk about the real world of Baja real estate.

The basic concept was to help one another avoid the pit falls and share information so that the client can benefit. We have had an incredible turnout and I believe this network will prosper and continue to grow. It is a very simple concept and each attendee has something to offer.
