Has Real Estate Changed in Baja?

I am very interested in how others feel about the current state of real estate in Baja. Has it slowed down and why? Opinions please.

My opinion: I think there are less people looking for Baja Real Estate becuase of bad press releases, however I think the economy has played the biggest part. The other factor would be the time of year.
