This has been really over played. The same storys keep recycling. It is hurting the area and it is a shame. The Government has already started counteracting the problem but people never hear the good news. This will pass. We still all live down in Mexico and do not see this chaos ...

I am very interested in how others feel about the current state of real estate in Baja. Has it slowed down and why? Opinions please.
My opinion: I think there are less people looking for Baja Real Estate becuase of bad press releases, however I think the economy has played the biggest part. The other factor would be the time of year.
