The main entrance opens up to a landscaped courtyard which provides access to the main house, the ocean-front wrap around terrace and also to a fully furnished independent apartment.

Following the path towards the ocean, on a privileged location and covered by a lovely pergola, there is a Jacuzzi with plenty of space for up to 6.

Even though the different areas and rooms are defined and separated, the wonderfully planned design of the entire house will make you feel flowing from one space to the other. The house was carefully designed taking advantage of the unique topography found in the bluff of Bajamar

As you enter the main house you can easily see yourself enjoying an intimate dinner on the formal dining room which features an adjacent temperature-controlled wine cellar. This area connects with the kitchen located right across the hallway.

On the left side, facing the ocean, you will find the grand and yet cozy and inviting living room from where you can also access the kitchen and the light and airy breakfast nook. The wrap around veranda, which offers plenty of space for another seating and dining area, provides a one-of-a-kind spot to admire fantastic ocean-views all-year round.

Following the hallway after passing the formal dining room and wine cellar on the right and the living headquarters on the left, you will reach the landing for two straight flights of stairs. On the ocean side, you will go down the stairs to the Master Chamber, the most private space in the entire house. With floor to ceiling windows, the ample master bedroom opens up to an ocean-front private terrace. The master facilities feature a large separate shower, a large and private toilet room and right in between the shower and the toilet rooms, his and hers vanities followed by an extra sized walking closet.

Back in the landing at the end of the hallway, the stairs on the right will take you to the area shared by two guest bedrooms, one half-bathroom and access to the oversized 2-car garage where you will find the laundry room, a workshop room and lots of space for storage. One of the guest bedrooms features a lovely bay window overlooking the entrance courtyard and a full 3-piece bathroom.

To access the fully furnished and independent apartment, located on a second story, you climb a lovely spiral staircase which lands on a gorgeous veranda overlooking the ocean. The open-floor plan apartment features a living room, dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms, each one with its own full 3-piece bathroom.
