Nascent Food Service Announces the Appointment of Chet Willey to Advisory Board

Logistics Expert to Assist Nascent in Building the First Nationwide Food Distributor in Mexico

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nascent Wine Company, Inc. (OTCBB:NCTW) dba Nascent Food Service, a company seeking to become one of the largest food distributorships in Mexico, announced today that Logistics professional Chet Willey has agreed to join its Board of Advisors effective May 1. Mr. Willey brings a unique balance of operations management and logistics consulting experience to Nascent.

Were excited to have Chet as part of the management team, says Sandro Piancone, CEO of Nascent Food Service, His extensive experience in designing warehouse and delivery systems, coupled with his knowledge of beer distribution will be a great asset to Nascent. Chets expertise will be especially valuable in the acquisition and integration of new warehouses into Nascent, as well as optimizing operations and delivery systems in Mexico.

Chet Willey has over 25 years experience in international logistics and transportation. He has managed distribution operations for Procter & Gamble and Miller Brewing Company and recently worked as an internal consultant for Miller Brewing Company in identifying and implementing logistics improvements for their distributor network.

At Nascent Food Service, Mr. Willey will be focused on assisting management in developing the logistics infrastructure to support the expansion of the companys food service and beer delivery operations.

Chet currently lives in Arlington, Texas and received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University. His consulting firm, Chet Willey Associates (www.ChetWilley.com), specializes in productivity engineering as well as developing facility expansion criteria and warehouse layout designs.
