Cabo Riviera Marina and La Capia in East Cape Baja

Exciting things are happening at the Cabo Riviera Marina. Two 5 star hotels, the Viceroy Group, and Mandarin, have signed as the two anchor resorts for the marina and golf course which should start construction shortly after the 1st of the year.
As you may have known, we had reserved all of the initial marina lots that were allocated back in December. I was just notified that the developer has two more lots that became available. If you have an interest in getting the same 30% discount we did back in December please respond back to me. I know many of you wanted to get in on the first phase but weren’t able to as it booked up so quickly so now you have a chance if you are still interested. The La Capia resort is going full speed ahead. Most of phase one is sold out and they anticipate starting construction on the golf course the early part of 2009.
